Endless mode

What is Doctordle Endless?

Doctordle Endless is an unlimited medical diagnosis practice mode. It streams clinical cases one after another so you can build diagnostic reasoning skills without waiting for the next daily release. Each case presents a short clinical vignette and progressively reveals clues as you refine your differential — the same format used in the daily Doctordle puzzle.

The case library covers a wide range of medical systems including cardiology, neurology, pulmonology, gastroenterology, nephrology, and more. Whether you have five minutes or an hour, endless mode gives you as much clinical reasoning practice as you want.

How it works

How does endless mode work?

1. Read the case stem. Each endless case starts with a short clinical vignette — a patient presentation with age, chief complaint, and initial findings.

2. Form your differential. Based on the information given, consider what diagnosis fits best. You can submit your answer at any time.

3. Reveal more clues. Not sure yet? Request a hint. Each new clue narrows the differential and tests whether you can update your reasoning as new data arrives — just like real clinical practice.

4. Get instant feedback. After submitting or revealing the answer, review the correct diagnosis, the key clues that pointed to it, and why common alternatives were ruled out.

5. Play the next case. Click "Next case" to jump straight into another clinical scenario. No waiting, no daily limits.

Comparison

Endless mode vs daily puzzle

The daily Doctordle puzzle gives you one carefully curated case per day with a shared leaderboard experience. It is designed for a quick daily habit — a single diagnostic challenge that takes a few minutes.

Endless mode removes the one-per-day limit. Play back-to-back cases at your own pace for extra reps, system-based review, or focused study sessions. Both modes use the same progressive clue format and instant feedback system, so the learning experience is consistent whether you are doing your daily case or grinding through an afternoon of practice.

Endless mode FAQ

Are endless mode cases as accurate as the daily puzzle?
